Booking & Payment
- A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place on the tour.
- The remaining balance is due 60 days before the tour start date.
- Bookings made within 60 days of departure must be paid in full at the time of booking.
Cancellation by You
- More than 60 days before the tour: Deposit is non-refundable. Any additional payments will be refunded.
- 30–60 days before the tour: 50% of the total tour cost is refundable.
- Less than 30 days before the tour: No refund will be given.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers trip cancellation.
Changes to Your Booking
- You may transfer your booking to another departure date up to 30 days before the tour, subject to availability. A $100 NZD change fee applies.
- You may change the name on a booking up to 7 days before the tour. A $100 NZD name change fee applies.
- No date or name changes are permitted within 7 days of the tour start date.
Cancellation by Us
If we must cancel a tour due to safety concerns, severe weather, or insufficient numbers, you will have the choice of:
- A full refund, including your deposit, or
- Transferring your booking to another available tour at no additional cost.
